F50 In Practice

F50 washes, massages, disinfectants and dries the cows teats before milking. The massage provides a perfect stimuation to the udder giving a faster milking and time savings. By automatically eliminating the first drops of milk, it helps to reduce the level of bacteria and somaraic cell counts. Another advantage of F50 is that the drying avoids contamination by not allowing dirty water to enter the milk.

How to use F50
The system has three rotating brushes. The upper two are counter-rotating and wash the external surface of the teats and the bottom of the udder, meanwhile the third brush washes the tip of the teats, with tepid water and a high germicidal disinfectant.

1. Press the trigger under the handle of the washing unit and wash the teats one by one for about a       second moving vertically, clockwise and counter-clockwise.

2. Stop the water be releasing the trigger. The brushes will then rotate faster and dry the teats.

3. Position the washing unit in its box for total disinfection
